My culinary journey began in 2012, when I made the life-changing decision to attend culinary school. After graduation, I worked in numerous restaurants across New York City, embracing new challenges, discovering fresh perspectives, and nurturing my ambition. Catering became not just a profession but a way of life, enriched by the extensive knowledge I gained during my time in the New York restaurant scene.
Food has always been at the core of who I am. Being able to share that with others and spread joy through the culinary experiences I provide is one of the greatest feelings imaginable. Every dish I create has a story, and I take pride in sharing these stories through my craft.
In 2018, I founded JVF Pantry, embarking on a new chapter in my culinary journey. Becoming a private chef and caterer has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Never in my wildest dreams did I imagine that food would take me to the heights it has, allowing me to connect with so many incredible people along the way.
My philosophy is simple: Keep faith, stay grounded, and show up. The culinary world is tough—it demands resilience and passion—but it’s a life driven by love and dedication. To infinity and beyond, I take the honor of being a chef very seriously.
